An Act Providing for a Comprehensive Policy and Responsible Parenthood health, and Population and Development, and for other Purposes (RH Bill 11) – Content

We’ve all known that Philippines is one of the most populated countries in the whole world with an estimated 94 millions Filipinos during Mid 2010. 12th among all the countries and well-known for its poverty. I don’t want be rude, but most people I talk too know how hard it is to live as a Filipino in your own country compare to Foreigners. Filipinos are very talented and hard-working people. Because of that, Foreigners prefer to hire Filipino’s because they can pay low wages for good quality manpower.

Up until now, I haven’t see any right solution to control the Philippines population crisis. Even if contraceptives exist, birth control and more… The population will keep growing. Right now, the House of the Congress are having a debate on RH Bill 11.

aginst this Bill. For them, it’s like they feel if they approve RH Bill – then 11 kids die per day. Well it’s not only 11, possibly 100s, 1000s or more… So that should be one of the “Cons” of this RH Bill. And what are the “Pros”? Over populated countries will only lead to more poverty. Government budgets cannot take care of all of the Filipinos if everyday more than 100 babies will be born. Who would like to see children begging in the middle of the road? Risking their life just to get a peso from some random vehicle. A kid without clothes and running around the street, A kid who’s thrown away to the garbage because their parents cannot take care of them. Big Families who live under the bridge and at anytime their life is at risk. A teenager who risks her self to have sex with her boyfriend and get pregnant when she’s not ready. So many more reasons why, as a Filipino, I want to be involved.

We cannot control someone’s life having sexual intercourse. We all have our Ups and Downs and it isn’t easy to a part of murder? Every parent wants the best for their children. What if they only want to make love and are not ready yet to have a kid? Isn’t it better to be prepared first? Everyone has their own lust and it’s all part of Chastity.

So what do you think? We have our freedoms to have our own opinions. Stated above are only my own opinion. What is yours?
